My father is the talented and gifted photographer Clive Arrowsmith and he has a very strong relationship with fashion, beauty, style and glamour and this is his photograph of me at 20, shot in the mid eighties when I was signed to Virgin 10 Records.

I am an passionate music industry freelancer working via my company Total Creative Freedom Ltd, to offer musicians, organisations and labels distribution, promotion and 360 album release services. Alongside one to one coaching for recording artists and teaching singing and creative practices. This is my personal blog. I am also a recording artist and visual artist myself. Having been signed to Virgin 10 as a teenager I am reappraising my work and music generally through the filter of fine art and real lived experiences. I did a fine art degree at Northbrook MET in Sussex while going through my second run in with breast cancer. I then followed that with a Masters in Performance and Visual Practices at The University of Brighton and graduated with a Distinction. Over the years I have learnt so much and the big take out from all my experiences is that creativity saves lives, enhances lives, transforms lives, heals lives. I am not medium, genre or discipline obsessed I see creativity as an end in itself and as the ultimate source and expression of the joy of living an emotionally present life.
